I have a doctor's appointment and I'm nervous...help!

I can certainy help!  There are three phases to this service.

Step 1 (30 min)

Pre-appointment preparation.  We will review the purpose for the appointment and your desired goals.

Step 2 (1 hour)

I will attend the appointment with you or your loved one via phone or online.  I will support your understanding of the medical communication, and ensure your desired goals remain at the center of the discussion.  I will help you identify the  choices you have regarding the care and services you receive.  

Step 3 (30 min)

Debrief-We will review the key points of the visit, review the options, and clarify next steps or follow up that support your desired outcomes.
